Phila Dittrich is a born entrepreneur with outstanding numeracy and analytical skills. He has ran various micro and small businesses throughout his schooling & varsity career. With an interest in accounting, he studied BCom (Acc) and later a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Banking & Investment management through self-financed arrangements from a community services phone shop which he owned. Phila is currently doing his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of KwaZulu Natal Graduate Business School. His focus is on entrepreneurship and assisting small businesses gain a competitive edge through exploiting mobile technology.

Nkosinathi Hlongwane holds more than 16 years’ experience in the training and development sector with a strong emphasis on community development and training. He has a certificate in Social Empowerment and Development, an accredited ETDP Assessor and is currently studying towards a BA in Development Studies through UNISA. His passion and commitment to skills training has led to his partnership with Mr Phila Dittrich and the formation of Isisekelo Knowledge Institute.
